Our Beginner to Intermediate Drop-In classes are for students of lower pole levels to practice what you know as well as learning new tricks. The classes start with a group warm-up and pole conditioning to develop your strength and flexibility. Your Instructor will then ‘work the room’, helping everyone individually with the moves they are working on, as well as teaching new tricks, moves and combos to the group.

PLEASE NOTE! – THIS CLASS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS!! Please book onto a Taster Class or a Beginners Course first 🙂

This class is especially designed for people who have done the beginner course and who would like more time to consolidate the moves! In each class you’ll practice a selection of the awesome spins, skills and transitions in Beginner Pole, learn fun variations and combine them all into beautiful routines. This class will help you build the strength and skill you need to join intermediates 🙂

This class is for beginners to practice beginner level moves in a beautiful flowing choreo. Each week you’ll recap the moves that are included in the choreo, and practice linking and perfecting them as you dance the routine. 
Level – for people who have already taken some beginner classes. Newbies to pole – please join a Taster 🙂 xx

Our Intermediate/Upper Drop-In classes give you the opportunity to practice what you already know as well as learning new tricks. Your Instructor will then ‘work the room’, helping everyone individually with the moves they are working on, as well as teaching new tricks, moves and combos to the group.

In this Upper Level drop in your teacher will guide you through a range of super cool tricks, awesome combos, and shapes on the pole! Keep yourself challenged and expand your pole repertoire! This is the class to come to for Trending Moves.

Level Upper intermediate and above.

Our All Levels Lunchtime Drop-In classes are for people who are already on their Pole Journey! Whether you are a beginner or have been poling for years, your Instructor will give you individual support on the moves you are currently working on, as well as teaching new tricks, moves and combos relevant to your level. Come to see some serious pole progress and to be inspired!
