This workshop focuses on creating amazing combos and transitions with some of Meg’s Signature Spins on Static Pole. Meg will share technique based tips on how to slay explosive static moves around the base of the pole as well as aerially. Discover how to create energy in the body in order to effectively achieve spins, flares, pendulum swings and drops.
This is for Intermediate Polers and up. Must be able to aerially invert.

Jenny is a French Pole Dancer who has been teaching internationally since 2009. With a background in gymnastics, acrobatics, fitness and pole dancing, she loves to share her expertise with others through teaching. She opened her own studio Flirty Fitness in Luxembourg, in 2009, and soon after made the finals at the French National Pole Competition in 2010, and acquired the title of the first Luxembourg Pole Champion as well as finalist of the European Pole Championship in 2011. In 2014 she moved to Thailand and opened Pole Dancing School Phuket, where she is training local students, as well as many visitors from around the world at her Famous Pole Retreats.

Juan is a former circus artist, chinese pole acrobat and pole dancer. He specialises in dynamic, powerful combos and strength work, focusing on a safe, detailed and step-by-step approach to help students of all levels reach their goals. His home town is now Madrid, and he travels around the world teaching workshops, competing and performing. Some of his titles include winner of Pole Theatre Latvia Comedy Pro (2019), winner of PSO Austria Entertainment level 5 (2019), finalist of Pole Theatre UK Comedy Pro (2019) and finalist of Pole Theatre Switzerland Drama Pro (2018).

Teresa is a Spanish dancer and instructor based in Madrid. She has been dancing since she was 4 years old, and has a passion for all styles of movement. Since discovering pole dance in 2010, she has fallen in love with the fusion of all her dance styles with pole dance. She is best known for her Exotic Pole style, focusing on musicality, choreography and sexy tricks. She teaches regularly in Madrid, aside from travelling teaching workshops and competing internationally. Some of her most recent titles include winner of PSO Austria Low Flow & Floorwork level 5 (2019), Best Performance Exotic Moon Pro (2018), finalist of Pole Theatre Latvia Classique Pro (2019) and finalist of Pole Theatre France Art Pro and Switzerland Art Pro (2018).

Evgeny Greshilov is a Russian pole dance & fitness artist, who has been working as an aerial performer, dancer and choreographer over 10 years. He first won gold at the IPSF in 2012 and has since become the World Champion 2 more times as well as winning 7 other international competitions. His workshops are full of tips for strength building and performing moves that look harder than they really are – if you know how!
