Absolute Beginner to Super Advanced Levels available!
We teach all levels of pole dancing, from Beginners to Super Advanced. On every 6 week course you’ll learn a whole variety of the pole dancing tricks and spins appropriate for your level. You’ll get fitter, stronger and have loads of fun. Pole can get quite addictive! People love the combination of strength, agility and challenge you experience as you learn increasingly more impressive moves.
Pole Dancing Course DatesThis is the course to start you on your pole journey, no matter what your past fitness or dance experience. You’ll learn the fundamentals of pole, including how to spin, climb and link moves together whilst developing your strength, flexibility and coordination. After 6 weeks, you will notice a real difference in your strength and will be chuffed at how much you’re able to do on the pole.

Beginner Courses for 6 x 1 hour classes. 1 person per pole!
This 6 week course is designed to hone your beginner skills so that you are ready for intermediates. You’ll continue to learn more challenging spins and fun shapes, hone your climbing technique and develop your strength so you are ready for inverting and lots more in intermediates. Each week you’ll combine the moves you’ve learnt in to a beautiful flow.

Beginner Improver Courses for 6 x 1 hour classes. 1 person per pole!
Having completed the beginners course most people want to carry on and learn more. Pole dancing can be very addictive! The intermediate course is a continuation from the beginners. With the strength you will have built up from pole dancing before, you’ll be ready to start inverting and learning more of the climbing moves.

Intermediate Courses for 6 x 1 hour classes. 1 person per pole!
You’re really beginning to get somewhere now! The Upper Intermediate Course is not for the faint hearted as you start learning some pretty impressive inverts and spins. We find that students often repeat upper intermediate courses a number of times, as the tricks are harder and take longer to pick up than on easier levels.

Students who get to Advanced are lean pole skilled machines! If your friends could see what you’re achieving there’d be dropped jaws everywhere. You’ll focus not only on the moves, but the infinite number of combinations that keep you inspired and challenged. Moves taught on the advanced course include the fallen angel, the helicopter, the bow and arrow, gemini pose, various static aerial poses and the bullet spin.

Cirque Do Soleil eat your heart out. The Polepeople Super Advanced Course is for students who want to learn the hardest moves out there. Pole is constantly evolving with people continuously creating new and harder moves. This is where you can learn them.

In our pole choreography courses you learn fantastic pole routines which allow you to develop and explore your pole style. You’ll spend 2 weeks working on each routine. You need to be able to invert comfortably to join this course.

Pole Choreography Courses for 6 x 1 hour and 15 min classes. 1 person per pole!
Are you a poler who wants to start dancing in heels?! Then this course is for you 🙂
Over the 6 weeks you’ll learn how to master your balance in heels and pole with smooth sultry confidence. Each lesson you’ll learn a range of the fundamental tricks, transitions and accents which make Heels work so unique and link these into a firey flow, building on your skills each week.
This Course is designed for people new or fairly new to heels, but who already have some experience of beginners pole.
Please bring heels and knee pads.

Heels Flow Foundation Courses for 6 x 1 hour classes. 1 person per pole!
This course is the perfect foundation for learning the beautiful art of Spinny Pole. You’ll learn how to transfer your static skills onto spinny and master the basics of momentum, spin and how to stop! This course is for students who have done at least one of our Beginner Static Pole courses and who can climb easily.

Spinny Foundation Courses for 6 x 1 hour classes. 1 person per pole!
Come and learn to spin and fly on flying pole on our Flying Pole Foundation course!
You’ll start by mastering take off, momentum and climbing and finding accessible shapes on flying whilst learning how to control spinning forwards and backwards. As the course progresses you’ll learn beautiful combos and also have the opportunity to unlock inverts on this incredible apparatus if you’re ready.
We recommend you are solid upper intermediate with spinny experience to join this course.

Flying Pole Foundation Courses for 4 x 1 hour classes.
During this 4 week course you’ll learn to create beautiful, dynamic shapes and spins on this awesome, hardcore aerial apparatus! You’ll start by exploring more accessible shapes and develop your repertoire of moves throughout the course. Although it’s a different skill from pole, we recommend being able to climb easily to join this course

Aerial Chains Foundation Courses for 4 x 1 hour classes.
Polepeople Burlesque courses lead you through the essentials of fun, flirty Burlesque! Each week you learn a different aspect of Burlesque dancing from walks, poses and sensual movement to chair work, using props and classic striptease [no nudity!].
You’ll then put these skills into fantastically choreographed routines accompanied by musical classics such as ‘I just wanna make love to you’, ‘Fever’ ‘Big Spender’ and ‘All That Jazz’. Just wait til you take these routines home…!
