Our Online Classes are taught live and interactive with our awesome instructors. We have a whole range of classes for people with and without poles at home. Join us to connect and keep healthy and happy whilst the studio is closed. Make excellent progress in a fun, supportive Zoom environment!

POWER POLE CONDITIONING

Fridays 1-1.45pm

Join Kelly for 45 mins of high-intensity, heart pumping pole exercises, specifically designed to develop your strength, stamina and mobility, so that you can achieve everything you want on the pole. Accelerate your pole progress and be a stronger, more mobile, more powerful you!! Home pole needed.

SPINNY POLE

Sundays 4-5pm

Learn to Fly and take control of your Spinny Pole! In each class, Dominika will teach a stunning range of spins, tricks and combos, specific to Spinny Pole. Learn how to combine these into a smooth, sinuous flow. For intermediate and above who can easily invert. Home pole necessary.

Abs, Ass and Stretch

Tuesdays 6-7pm

Shape, tone and strengthen your whole body, with special attention to your Abs and Ass! After working, warming and mobilising your core, spend time stretching to release the muscles you have worked so hard and increase your overall flexibility. No pole or other equipment required.

DEEP STRETCH

Thursdays 7.10-8.10pm

Get into the juiciest parts of your muscles as you dedicate an hour to increasing your mobility and flexibility. The class will focus on backs, shoulders and legs, helping you get deeper into your splits and backbends. Blocks and straps recommended but books, shoe boxes, socks and dressing gown ties are good alternatives!

Advanced Pole Tricks

Wednesdays 6-7pm

After a fun energising warm-up, Trickster Kylie will teach a range of combos, super cool tricks and shapes on the pole! This class has limited numbers so everyone can receive specific help and adjustments. Home pole required 🙂

FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY FOR POLE

Wednesdays 7.10-8.10pm

Join Evey to make serious gains with your flexibility and mobility, whatever your personal goals are. In each session you will explore and learn where your tight points are and how you can build better movement in those areas. Gain greater range of motion and ultimately a better relationship with your body and its movement. No pole necessary.

Unleash your Sensual Goddess in this pole class which brings together technique, tricks, movement and freestyle. Learn how to make your movement effortless and flowy, and combine the tricks and combos you learn in class into your own unique freestyle. Level – must easily invert.

Fire up your day with a blast of endorphins, as Kelly takes you through a fun and challenging workout to strengthen and stretch your whole body! Join her for the perfect mix of high intensity training, resistance and flexibility. No pole or other equipment necessary. For all levels.

EXOTIC POLE TRICKS

Tuesdays 7.10-8.10pm
 
Each week you’ll learn a range of Exotic Tricks and Combos and how to link them together for dynamic effect. Ewelina will teach pole work and floor work that includes jumps, splits, knee kips, drops and more with modifications and progressions offered to those who need them. For all levels as moves are adaptable. 
Heels, kneepads and a home pole a must!

Join Jai as she guides you through a range of awesome pole tricks, spins and combos. Keep yourself challenged and expand your pole repertoire! Upper Intermediates and above. This class has limited numbers so everyone can receive specific help and adjustments.

Join Dominika for this gorgeous sensual stretch class. Develop your flexibility and move your body through it’s full range of motion. Undulating and flowing, this class will leave you feeling open, relaxed and divine! For all levels 🙂

Learn one of Jai’s awesome choreos from your home pole!! Jai will combine tricks, spins and floor work into a kickass routine to refresh your pole skills and keep up your pole stamina.
