When you book a class or course, you will be sent thorough details about what to do when you arrive at the studio and how the class will run, but here is a summary of some of the measures we are taking to keep you Covid-19 secure:

Before you enter the studio you are required to do 3 things:

1. Let us check your temperature with a contactless thermometer 
2. Remove all outdoor footwear
3. Sanitise your hands with the hand sanitiser provided

During your time in class, you will have your own pole all to yourself which means there will be no equipment sharing. All students are provided with top grade sanitising products so you can clean your pole before and after use.

Our cleaners have been given strict guidance as to how to clean effectively for Covid-19. They are cleaning the studios after every round of classes so the studios are spotlessly clean and hygienic with extra attention paid to touchable surfaces.

Our studios are high up on the 4th floor, with large windows that open to allow for plenty of fresh ventilation. We also have assisted ventilation that will be on during classes, and strong fans that we put on between classes.

All students are asked to wait outside the building before classes. Your teachers will buzz you in 5 minutes before your class starts. This is to ensure that the class before you have left the studios before you come in, so we can keep to social distancing. 

Everyone is asked to wear masks in all the communal parts of our building. These can be removed when you get to your pole inside the studios, unless you would like to wear a mask throughout your lesson. You can remove your mask for your lesson though if you would like to.

Please only come to the studio if you are feeling well. To protect our teachers and students, we ask that you stay away if you are feeling even slightly unwell. We will have mandatory non-contact temperature checks when you arrive.
