THE MOVES

The Two Step, One Handed Spins, Spin off the floor, Horizontal Twist, Scissor Kick, Outside Sunwheel, Body Spin variations, Forward Hang, Sitting Eagle, Outside Sunwheel combination, Spinning Eagle, Corkscrew Leg Kick, Caterpillar, Hangback.

THE ASSESSMENT

The practical assessment is 20 minutes and is split into two parts:
PART 1
In Part1 you’ll be asked to demonstrate 6 pole moves which will be randomly selected by the assessors.
PART 2
In Part2 you’ll be asked to teach two pole moves to a small group of students. You will be able to prepare in advance for this part of the assessment. You will then be required to teach students a short routine using the 2 moves taught with 3 linking moves.
WRITTEN COMPONENT
Submission of Lesson Plan for a 6 week pole course.
A guided Self Evaluation of your Assessment.

The full balance is then due 2 weeks before your course starts. Payment can be taken by card over the phone or via BACS transfer. Please note that pregnant women are not advised to take the course.
